• 12-Hour Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

- 2-2-3 Rotation: Work only ~15 days a month! Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend.

Located in the Greenfield industrial corridor , our facility is easily accessible from I-70, making it a quick 20-minute commute for talent coming from East Indianapolis, Shelbyville, or Anderson. If you are looking for a high-paying role outside the heavy traffic of Marion County, this is your next career move. Your Impact As a Production Machine Operator of our manufacturing lines, you will:
• Lead Machine Operations : Perform set-ups, changeovers, and monitor equipment to meet production targets.

- Troubleshoot & Improve: Identify root causes of malfunctions rather than applying "band-aid" fixes.
- Ensure Precision: Use tape measures and tools to maintain close tolerances and "zero-defect" quality.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
Additional Information Physical Requirements:
• Movement: May require the ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of your shift, with frequent pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and squatting 50% of the time.
