About the job
Roles: To perform inspection, testing, reporting, and quality control activities for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods in accordance with established procedures and specifications. Responsibilities – Junior Associate quality
• Carry out inspection and reporting of Raw material & finished goods as per frequency.
- Carry out inspection and reporting of Raw material & finished goods as per frequency.
- Performing & reporting testing activities as per frequency.
- Evaluate incoming goods and finished products as per the Roxul-Rockwool control procedures and guidelines/specification.
- Ensure the product identification and traceability through the application of appropriate label on the finished goods.
- Preparation & deliver the samples as per external test plan & defined frequency.
- Preparation of samples for marketing.
- Reporting the quality key figures, presentation and analysis of the same to the superior.
- Issues retrievable records for each product manufactured for each customer requirements.
- Follow the ISO 9001:2015 system requirements.
- Monitor product quality to prevent unacceptable products.
- Maintain record of issued labels per product.
- Participating in third party inspection activity as per superior guideline.
- Follow the corrective action taken on complaints.
- Perform other related duties as and when required by management.
- Participation in safety activity by reporting good catches.
- Maintain Housekeeping of defined area.
- Participate in investigation for accident/incident.
- Give Training as per plan.
- Participate and maintain 6’S in function.
- Participate in Mock Drill safety committee and JSA preparation.
- Reporting of accident incident
- Reporting of good catch
- Reporting of unsafe act and unsafe working condition.
- Participate in Safety meeting.
• 0-3 year (preferably from Stone wool Industry or any chemical industry background/ Mechanical / Automobile industry) Required Certifications and Experience • Computer Literacy • Analysis & Review of inspection results. Other Requirements: Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ BSC or MSC in chemistry Languages: Tamil, English
