What you’ll own As a People Lead, you will be responsible for planning and directing the work efforts of a team of Analysts tasked with monitoring, research and analysis, configuration, modernization and enhancement of supported applications. Additionally, you will serve as the point of contact for people management along with operational and support ownership.
What you’ll bring
- Expertise in database, Linux/Unix environment, automation tools.
- Experience in production support management, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with production support processes and incident management
It’s a bonus if you have
- Ability to effectively apply business knowledge and leadership qualities to solve problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translating them into actionable application and operational requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and fluently with a diverse group including executives, managers and subject matter experts
