Job Description:
The Role As a Strategic Talent Sourcer, you will play a meaningful role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent across a variety of business functions and markets. Partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders, you will develop innovative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines and deliver high-quality diverse candidate slates aligned with organizational hiring priorities. This role requires a proactive, consultative approach to talent acquisition, leveraging market intelligence, competitive research, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify exceptional talent. The ideal candidate is curious, relationship-driven, data-informed, and passionate about creating meaningful connections that drive business success.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 2-4 + years of experience in talent sourcing or executive search experience required
- Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates across a variety of functions and levels, including experienced professional and leadership talent.
- Expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire Ez, various talent intelligence platforms, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and talent-mapping approaches to identify high-caliber candidates.
- Experience conducting market research, competitive intelligence, and talent landscape analyses to support hiring decisions.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality, organization, and responsiveness.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sourcing metrics and use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Commitment to fostering diverse talent pipelines and advancing inclusive hiring practices.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
The Team The Strategic Talent Sourcing team serves as a trusted partner to Talent Acquisition and business leaders by delivering proactive talent pipelining, market intelligence, and high-impact sourcing support. We focus on identifying and engaging exceptional talent before a hiring need arises, enabling the organization to respond quickly to evolving business demands. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. We challenge conventional recruiting approaches, leverage talent market insights, and build meaningful relationships to help the organization attract and hire the best talent. Together, we create a strategic competitive advantage through talent. Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
