Learning Ladders ABA is looking for a caring, energetic, and dedicated Behavioral Technician to join our team!

📅 PROPOSED SCHEDULE:

• Monday–Wednesday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

• 25 hours per week total

• ✨ Additional hours and scheduling adjustments available to complete the full 25 hours!

🌟 WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Has a high school diploma

• Has previous ABA therapy experience

• Enjoys working with children

• Is energetic, engaging, and encouraging

• Is reliable, patient, and compassionate

• Is comfortable working in a home with a large dog 🐕

• Has RBT certification (preferred)

• 🌸 Female RBT preferred due to the client's specific care and privacy needs

💫 YOUR ROLE:

You'll provide individualized, in-home ABA therapy, implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, and help a child build meaningful behavioral, communication, social, and everyday life skills.
