Position Specific Description The Project Manager with PALMS Insurance will manage multiple business and strategic initiatives from planning through implementation, partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and other cross-functional partners to drive successful delivery. The role will provide project governance and oversight, including project planning, stakeholder coordination, status reporting, risk and dependency management, and escalation of issues requiring leadership attention. The Project Manager will support business readiness, testing, implementation, and transition activities to help ensure successful handoffs and adoption. The role will also support vendor and agreement-related activities, including vendor onboarding, contract coordination, NDA processing, performance monitoring, and issue resolution, while contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes, templates, reporting, and governance practices.
