What You’ll Be Doing (and Absolutely Crushing It):
- Lead maintenance operations and mentor technicians
- Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery
- A technical degree or certification in Electro-Mechanical Technology or a related field
- Deep knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical components
- Ability to read schematics, diagnose issues quickly, and lead others through solutions
