Amentum is seeking qualified candidates for an Electronic Publisher role.
The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of proposal document management, ensuring the efficient coordination and delivery of proposal content throughout the development lifecycle. This individual will lead proposal publication and production efforts, including desktop publishing, graphics, formatting, production, and final delivery. Key responsibilities include training proposal team members on document and graphics workflows, coordinating the flow of proposal work products across teams, serving as the lead desktop publisher, and ensuring consistency and quality across all proposal materials. The candidate will also maintain both electronic and hardcopy proposal libraries, manage corporate knowledge assets and content repositories, and support the organization’s documentation and content management efforts. In addition, this role may provide support for non-proposal publications and special documentation projects as needed.
Job Description
- Process, lay out content, publish, and disseminate a wide variety of intelligence products via internal and external websites and applications.
- Provides professional finished intelligence processing, laying out of content, publishing, and dissemination services.
- Process, lay out content, publish, and disseminate products.
- Create HTML and other versions of products, post them to multiple electronic systems, and ensure customers have access.
- Manage web content on a variety of classified websites; post a variety of products to appropriate networks and identify which products to disseminate to which networks; archive copies to appropriate storage areas.
- Ensure electronic products are appropriately classified and void of typos, errors, and hidden character sets; respond to taskers to identify and print products released to specific customer sets and IC collaboration meetings.
- All content on web delivery portals will be updated as required based on tasks or requirements.
- BA/BS and 12+ years of experience, Masters and 10+ years of experience, PhD with 7+ years of experience or no Bachelor’s degree and 16+ years of experience
- TS/SCI with Poly level clearance is required.
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Expert experience in specialized area of classification guidelines, experience posting to the web, HTML, and meta-tagging.
- Experience with classified IC dissemination platforms, information sharing rules, and Intelligence Community Markings System Register and Manual Standards.
Compensation Details: 130k-190k The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
