Hiring: Certified Service Technician
- Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 Flat Rate
- Schedule: Full-time: 5-day work week with 2 rotating days off
- Department Hours: Monday-Saturday: 9am-8pm and Sunday: 10am-7pm

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair a variety of mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns
- Complete vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs
- Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair information to troubleshoot concerns
- Communicate repair findings with the service team
- Maintain accurate repair documentation
- Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures and safety standards
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of prior automotive technician experience
- ASE certification(s) or equivalent automotive certifications required
- Experience identifying and diagnosing mechanical concerns
- A commitment to providing quality work that supports a positive customer experience
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total Rewards The Flat Rate Range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
