Job Description Tasks / Responsibilities:Define and maintain the software architecture for power tool platforms and product variants.Develop architecture, software frameworks, and reusable platform components.Drive architectural decisions, scalability, safety and maintainability.Establish software design guidelines, coding standards, and architecture governance.Perform architectural reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.Ensure alignment between software architecture and product roadmapsExpected skill set:Embedded C,C++ & PythonSoftware Architecture (ARC42) and Design PatternsUML, SysML, Architecture ModellingRTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS, Zephyr)ARM Cortex-based MicrocontrollersEmbedded Communication ProtocolsDevice Drivers and MCAL DevelopmentGit, CI/CD and DevOps PracticesStatic Code Analysis and Software Quality Tools.Clean coding Good to Have skills: Motor Control AlgorithmsBattery Management SystemsAUTOSAR ConceptsModel-Based DesignFunctional Safety (IEC 62841)Digital Twin, Simulation, HiL TestingAI-assisted Software Development/DesignSoftskills:Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Problem-solving and decision-making ability.Technology leadership and innovation mindset.Ability to influence without authority.Mentoring and coaching capabilities.
Qualifications BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in E&C or any equivalentivalent
