Job Description The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management processes, including transportation planning, freight order management, carrier management, freight settlement, integration with SAP ERP/S4HANA, and AMS support operations.
- Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP TM applications in a global AMS environment.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within agreed SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent solutions for recurring issues.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in on-call support, hypercare, and critical business support activities.
- Work closely with business users to understand transportation and logistics requirements.
- Configure and support SAP TM functionalities including:
- Transportation Planning
- Freight Unit Management
- Freight Order Management
- Carrier Selection
- Tendering Process
- Freight Cost Management
- Freight Settlement
- Charge Management
- Transportation Cockpit
- Transportation Execution
- Support integration with:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP EWM
- SAP GTS
- SAP Business Network for Logistics
- Third-Party Carrier Systems
- Execute unit testing, SIT, regression testing, and UAT support.
- Assist business users during testing cycles and defect management.
