The S&OP Lead (Planner) is responsible for developing and executing demand, capacity, production, and shipment plans to ensure on-time delivery, optimal resource utilization, and alignment with customer commitments and business objectives. This role works closely with Sales, Project Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to support the S&OP process and drive operational excellence
