About the job
Provide technical architecture, solution design, configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization services for the Rivermine platform. The following “Solution Architecture Services” includes: (1) Assess business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Rivermine solutions. (2) Design and implement platform configurations, workflows, business rules, fields, user roles, permissions, and system enhancements. (3) Design and support integrations, data flows, interfaces, and data mappings between Rivermine and enterprise systems. (4) Serve as the technical SME for Rivermine architecture, platform capabilities, configuration standards, and best practices. (5) Evaluate proposed changes and provide recommendations based on technical feasibility, scalability, maintainability, and downstream impacts. (6) Troubleshoot complex platform, configuration, integration, and performance issues and support root-cause analysis. (7) Identify and implement opportunities for platform optimization, automation, reliability, and improved usability. (8) Partner with business and technical stakeholders throughout solution design, testing, implementation, and production readiness.
15+ Years of experience with Tangoe Rivermine Telecom Expense Management System. Bachelors and Master Degree in related field
Salary Range $146,680.00 - $231,600.00 USD (Salary) • Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit. • Further, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position.
