Key Responsibilities • Oversee the daily operations of surgical services, including scheduling, staffing, equipment management, and patient flow. • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical care. • Manage the surgical services budget, including procurement of supplies and equipment, and monitor financial performance. • Lead, hire, and develop surgical services staff, promoting a positive work environment and professional growth. • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols. • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency. Education Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Valid nursing license or relevant healthcare certification. • Experience in surgical services or operating room management. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, surgical procedures, and best practices in perioperative care.
