Job Description Position Details

- Weekend, holiday, and overtime availability is required based on business needs.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, cottages, cabins, and public areas to luxury hospitality standards.
- Prepare guest accommodations with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every space is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all guest supplies are fully stocked.
- Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas.
- Iron linens and other guest items as needed to maintain a polished presentation.
- Report maintenance concerns or damaged items promptly.
- Follow all company safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Provide warm, courteous, and professional interactions with guests while respecting their privacy.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Be comfortable rotating between different areas of the property as operational needs require, including guest rooms, cottages, cabins, public spaces, and laundry.

• Previous housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.

- English language proficiency is preferred to effectively communicate with guests and respond to their needs.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and daily assignments in a dynamic hospitality environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to work efficiently in a physically active environment.
