Job Description
- Supervise and support customer service representatives to maintain high service standards
- Handle escalated customer complaints, resolve complex issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor team performance, review service metrics, and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement customer service procedures, policies, and best practices
- Coordinate team activities, provide staff guidance, and prepare performance reports to support operational goals
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM software, customer support platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
