Job Description The upright induction Painter/Operator applies specialized dry paint powder to steel uprights, prepping surfaces, operating paint booth, and curing items in ovens. They manage colour changes, ensure proper thickness and adhesion, maintain equipment, and inspect finished products for quality. Key skills include manual dexterity, attention to detail, and safety compliance.

Quality: Bath controls: ph tab, titration products Powder thickness checks: Elcometer Temperature Control: Infrared Camera PPE: glasses, overalls, mask, safety shoes, earplugs, cap Blow guns ATEX vacuum cleaner to clean the floor, powder bin etc Cleaning machine to clean the floor Plastic bag + shovel or dust collector to collect powder. Spare parts for preventive maintenance

Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in industrial painting or powder coating is often required. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Technical Skills: Familiarity with spray equipment, safety protocols, and ability to read blueprints. Education: High school diploma or equivalent generally required.
