• Complete initial and reassessment visits for clients
- Complete initial and reassessment visits for clients
- Coach, mentor, and support field nurses
- Provide training and ongoing clinical education
- Help ensure quality care and compliance with company and state standards
- Build strong relationships with nurses, clients, and families
- Support hiring and onboarding of new team members
- Serve as a trusted clinical resource for your team
• Active RN license and graduate of an approved nursing program • At least 1 year of nursing experience within the last 3 years • Home Health and supervisory experience preferred • Valid driver's license and insured vehicle • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills • A passion for helping nurses succeed and families receive excellent care Why You'll Love Phoenix $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
