Part-Time Private Duty Nursing Supervisor (RN) Lead Nurses. Support Families. Make an Impact. Are you an energetic RN who loves nursing, leadership, and helping others succeed? Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a Part-Time Private Duty Nursing Supervisor (RN) to support our established pediatric and young adult nursing team in Springfield and surrounding communities. This is a great opportunity for an experienced LPN who wants to grow their leadership skills while maintaining hands-on involvement in patient care. What You'll Do
• Provide clinical support and leadership to our Private Duty Nursing team
- Provide clinical support and leadership to our Private Duty Nursing team
- Orient and train nurses, clients, and families
- Conduct field nursing visits and provide in-office support
- Help ensure nurses have the tools, training, and support they need to succeed
- Work closely with Care Coordinators and other clinical team members
- Provide guidance and support in a fast-paced home care environment
• Current RN license for 2 years required
- Current RN license for 2 years required
- Organized, energetic, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working independently in the field and as part of a team
- Trach, vent, G-tube, and J-tube experience preferred
- A passion for supporting pediatric and young adult patients and their families
