Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team and take charge of planning, organizing, and executing a wide variety of events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating memorable experiences, with a strong ability to manage all aspects of event coordination from conception through completion. As an Event Specialist, you will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every event runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and social events from start to finish.
- Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives, themes, and requirements.
- Manage budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection, transportation, catering, and audiovisual needs.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and maximize attendance.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown to ensure flawless delivery.
Qualifications Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience planning and executing successful events of various sizes and formats.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and vendors.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
