Responsibilities:
- Support client onboarding, engagement, and product adoption initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.
- Provide analytical product support through inquiry resolution, trend monitoring, and issue escalation.
- Address client questions regarding CDB functionality, content, and utilization.
- Develop and maintain training resources, including user guides, one-pagers, and frequently asked questions.
- Deliver virtual training sessions, individual consultations, and webinars to strengthen client understanding and utilization of CDB functionality.
- Manage client access and provide timely product support to ensure a positive client experience.
- Monitor healthcare industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into client education and product guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improved product adoption, client engagement, and value realization.
Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00. This position is also incentive eligible.
