Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Connecticut Location: Connecticut Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Position Summary We are hiring an LCSW licensed in Connecticut to provide virtual therapy to individuals and families. You will work with clients facing a range of mental health concerns, while also considering the personal, family, and social factors that may be affecting their situation. This role combines direct therapy with the broader perspective of clinical social work, including coordination with other services when additional support is needed. Responsibilities
• Provide individual and family therapy through telehealth
- Provide individual and family therapy through telehealth
- Review client concerns, background, and current circumstances
- Address emotional, behavioral, and social factors that may be affecting well-being
- Keep clinical notes and required records current
- Coordinate with other providers or services when appropriate
- Help clients access additional resources when needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Follow Connecticut LCSW licensing and ethical requirements
• LCSW certification (active and in good standing).
- LCSW certification (active and in good standing).
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical social work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with telehealth platforms preferred.
