In this role, you will partner with commercial property managers and business owners to identify facility service needs, coordinate solutions, and ensure exceptional project execution. Essential Responsibilities: Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Identify opportunities to expand services and deliver additional value.
• Identify project opportunities through existing clients, referrals, and strategic networking.

• Coordinate project execution between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

- Present proposals and close project opportunities.

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

• Hunter sales mindset; goal-driven and self-motivated. • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with detailed follow-up. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems.
