As a Field Application Engineer, you will be the technical liaison between the companyโs semiconductor solutions and its field service teams, ensuring seamless integration of NBO and DIN concepts into customer applications. You will diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and firmware issues on site, providing expert guidance to clients and helping to implement robust, longโterm solutions in a fastโpaced environment. Your role will involve collaborative problemโsolving across multidisciplinary teams, while continuously enhancing customer satisfaction and building lasting technical relationships. You will also contribute to product development feedback, drive fieldโvalidation projects, and support the deployment of DWIN-enabled systems in a variety of industrial settings. Requirements ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐ โข Deploy and configure semiconductor devices using NBO and DIN specifications in a field environment. โข Conduct onโsite troubleshooting and rootโcause analysis for complex hardware/firmware issues. โข Provide realโtime technical support to service teams and endโusers during installations. โข Collaborate with design engineers to validate product performance and recommend design improvements. โข Create detailed documentation, including configuration guides, troubleshooting manuals, and test reports. โข Lead field validation projects and coordinate with crossโfunctional teams to execute test plans. โข Perform onโsite training and demonstrations of DWIN-enabled solutions to customers. โข Collect and analyze field data to inform product enhancements and risk mitigation strategies. โข Maintain upโtoโdate knowledge of emerging semiconductor technologies and industry best practices. โข Travel to customer sites as needed, ensuring timely resolution of technical challenges.

- Bachelorโs degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on field application engineering.
- Inโdepth knowledge of NBO, DIN, and DWIN technologies and their practical applications.
- Strong problemโsolving skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and nonโtechnical stakeholders alike.
- Experience deploying and supporting semiconductor products in diverse industrial environments.
- Proficiency with troubleshooting tools and diagnostic software used in semiconductor applications.
- Ability to produce concise technical documentation and deliver effective training sessions.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Pune region.
- A proactive, customerโcentric mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
