B2C inside sales executives

We are hiring B2C Inside Sales Executives to drive outbound sales for tax and payroll solutions. The role involves connecting with salaried professionals, understanding their tax-saving and payroll needs, conducting product demos, handling objections, and closing deals. Responsibilities: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective B2C customers from assigned lead lists Understand customer requirements related to tax filing, tax savings, payroll, and financial benefits Conduct product demonstrations over phone and video calls Explain offerings in a simple, customer-friendly manner Qualify leads, schedule demos, and manage the complete sales cycle Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an accurate sales pipeline Record call details, customer interactions, and lead status in CRM Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and customer support when required Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in B2C inside sales, outbound calling, telesales, or consultative sales Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Excellent phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly Proven ability to conduct demos and close deals independently Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills Target-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejections Basic knowledge of tax filing, payroll, insurance, loans, or fintech products is preferred Familiarity with CRM tools, lead trackers, and sales reporting Proficiency in English; Hindi or regional language skills preferred Willingness to work from the Whitefield, Bengaluru office
