ACCELQ Developer

Experience: 5+ years

Skills / Attributes Required: 3–5 years of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, or automation development. Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated tests using ACCELQ. Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals, including test design, risk-based testing, regression testing, defect lifecycle, and release validation. Experience automating web applications and validating end-to-end business workflows. Practical knowledge of API testing and integration validation using REST or equivalent technologies. Ability to work with test data, JSON, XML, HTTP methods, status codes, headers, and authentication concepts. Experience with Jira or a similar tool for defect tracking and test execution reporting. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices and working within sprint-based teams. Basic understanding of SQL for data validation and backend verification. Good analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed implementation and engineering teams.
