About the job
The Manager – Project Development will drive the execution of our residential and commercial developments from approvals to handover. You will coordinate architects, consultants and contractors on site, keep projects on time and within budget, and make sure every development meets JMS Group's quality standards.
Responsibilities
• Plan and monitor construction schedules, budgets and milestones
- Plan and monitor construction schedules, budgets and milestones
- Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP consultants and contractors
- Supervise site execution, quality checks and safety compliance
- Track approvals and statutory compliances with the authorities, including RERA timelines
- Review bills, measurements and contractor payments
- Resolve design and site issues quickly with the right teams
- Report progress to management with clear dashboards and site updates
- 6–10 years in real estate project execution or construction management
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech or MBA is a plus)
- Experience with plotted, low-rise or commercial developments
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality and safety standards
- Project planning in MS Project / Primavera and MS Excel
- Leadership and contractor-management skills
