About the job
Our Executive – Customer Relations is the customer's main point of contact after booking. You will guide buyers through agreements, payments, updates and possession, answer their questions quickly and make every interaction with JMS Group easy and transparent.
Responsibilities
• Act as the single point of contact for customers from booking to possession
- Act as the single point of contact for customers from booking to possession
- Share demand letters, payment reminders and receipts on time
- Help with agreements, documentation, home loans and transfers
- Share construction updates and handle customer queries and complaints
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date in the CRM
- Coordinate site visits, possession and handover formalities
- Collect feedback and suggest improvements to the customer journey
- 2–5 years in customer relations or CRM, preferably in real estate
- Clear and polite communication in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of booking documentation, payment plans and home-loan processes
- Good with CRM software, MS Excel and email
- Patient, organised and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle escalations calmly
