• Follow up on product development progress and key issues.
• Support product testing and identify opportunities for localization and optimization for the Indian market.

• 3. Product Testing & User ExperienceParticipate in product testing and evaluation.
• Compare product performance with key competitors.
• Analyze areas such as:
• Performance and gaming
• Battery life and charging
• Camera quality
• Display
• Software and user experience
• Network and connectivity
• Durability and reliability
• Collect and summarize user feedback and testing results.

• 4. Competitive AnalysisMaintain regular competitor tracking and comparison reports.

• Identify Xiaomi's competitive advantages and potential product gaps.

• 5. Launch & Go-to-Market SupportSupport product launch preparation and product positioning.
• Prepare product comparison materials and key selling points.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, Retail, Training, and PR teams.
• Support preparation of:
• Product FAQs
• Competitive battle cards
• Training materials
• Product presentations
• Product messaging and proof points

• 6. Consumer & Market InsightsMonitor product reviews, social media discussions, and customer feedback.
• Identify recurring consumer complaints and opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to the Product team.
• Support post-launch product performance reviews.

• 7. Cross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of product-related activities.
• Track action items, testing progress, and open issues.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations for management.

• Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Consumer Electronics or Technology preferred.
• Strong interest and understanding of smartphones and consumer technology.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of smartphone technologies such as chipsets, camera, display, battery, charging, and software.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
