Job Overview :
We are looking for a Creative Director to lead the Design Team, driving creative strategy and execution across digital marketing, brand-building initiatives, and offline campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine strong design expertise, creative leadership, and a performance-driven mindset to develop impactful campaigns that strengthen brand identity, drive engagement, and deliver measurable business results. This role involves mentoring designers, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams, and translating business objectives into compelling creative concepts across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead, mentor, and guide the Design Team to deliver high-quality, impactful creatives.
- Develop creative concepts and integrated campaigns across Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and offline channels.
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to evaluate creative performance using metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, engagement, and ROAS.
- Drive creative experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous optimization.
- Translate brand objectives and audience insights into strong visual concepts and creative strategies.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams on creative pitches, brand onboarding, and campaign development.
- Establish creative standards, improve workflows, and encourage innovation through AI-powered tools.
What We’re Looking For :
- 5+ years of experience in creative design, art direction, or creative leadership, preferably in an advertising, digital marketing, or performance marketing agency.
- Proven experience leading designers and managing multiple creative projects.
- Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, composition, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Figma, or equivalent tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing original concepts, integrated campaigns, and end-to-end creative case studies.
- An understanding of performance marketing metrics and how creative assets contribute to campaign results.
- Practical experience with AI tools to enhance creative workflows.
