We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Trainer to deliver comprehensive, industry-oriented training in web development, Java programming, React JS, SQL, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. The candidate should have strong technical expertise, hands-on development experience, and the ability to train students and working professionals through practical sessions and real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver theoretical and practical training in Java Full Stack Development.
- Conduct hands-on sessions covering frontend and backend technologies.
- Explain programming concepts, application architecture, and development best practices.
- Guide students in developing real-time projects and web applications.
- Prepare course materials, assignments, coding exercises, and assessments.
- Train students in debugging, testing, database integration, and API development.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide students in project development, GitHub portfolio creation, resume preparation, and technical interview practice.
- Keep course content updated with current industry standards and technologies.
Technical Skills Required:
1. Web Development
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Responsive web design and Bootstrap
- DOM manipulation and browser fundamentals
2. Frontend Development – React JS
- React components, props, and state
- Hooks and lifecycle concepts
- React Router and form handling
- API integration and state management
- Building responsive, reusable UI components
3. Core Java & Advanced Java
- OOP concepts, collections, and exception handling
- Multithreading and Java 8+ features
- JDBC, Servlets, and JSP fundamentals
- File handling, generics, and Java programming best practices
4. Database – SQL
- MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle
- Joins, subqueries, views, and indexes
- Stored procedures and functions
- Database design, normalization, and query optimization
- Integration of databases with Java applications
5. Backend Development – Spring Framework
- Spring Core and Dependency Injection
- Spring MVC
- Spring Boot and auto-configuration
- RESTful API development
- Spring Data JPA and Spring Security fundamentals
6. Hibernate & JPA
- ORM concepts and entity mapping
- CRUD operations and relationships
- HQL, JPQL, and transaction management
- Database integration using Hibernate/JPA
7. Tools & Project Development
- Git and GitHub
- Maven / Gradle
- Postman for API testing
- IntelliJ IDEA / Eclipse / VS Code
- Application deployment fundamentals
- End-to-end full stack project development
Required Skills:
- Strong programming and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical manner.
- Hands-on experience building Java-based web applications.
- Experience in classroom training, technical mentoring, or corporate training.
- Ability to manage practical sessions and guide students through projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Java Full Stack Development or software engineering.
- Industry experience with Spring Boot, React JS, Hibernate, and SQL.
- Experience developing and deploying end-to-end full stack applications.
- Knowledge of current industry practices and interview requirements.
