Seven Mentor is looking for an experienced and passionate Java Web Full Stack Trainer to deliver technical training, mentor students, and provide hands-on experience in Java full stack development. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, Advanced Java, OOPs, Collections, and Exception Handling .
- Expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA .
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap .
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js or Angular .
- Knowledge of Servlets, JSP, JDBC, and RESTful APIs .
- Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle .
- Knowledge of Git, GitHub, Maven, and version control.
- Understanding of web application development, debugging, and deployment.
- Experience in developing real-time Java full stack projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on Java Web Full Stack Development.
- Explain technical concepts through practical examples and live coding.
- Guide students in developing real-time projects and web applications.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct practical sessions and evaluate student performance.
- Help students troubleshoot coding issues and improve problem-solving skills.
- Keep students updated with current industry trends and technologies.
- Support students in developing industry-ready technical skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of Java full stack development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students.
- Prior training or mentoring experience will be an added advantage.
