• Experience Range: With at least 4 to 6 years of experience in business process consulting, including hands-on expertise in cloud platform solutions and process transformation within enterprise environments Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze and document complex business processes to identify and quantify opportunities for optimization and cloud-enabled transformation 2. Design and implement cloud platform solutions that directly support business objectives and operational requirements, ensuring measurable improvements in efficiency and cost 3. Automate cloud platform tasks and operational workflows using PowerShell scripting, achieving reductions in manual effort and error rates 4. Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable cloud and process solutions tailored to organizational needs 5. Develop and maintain detailed process maps, operating models, and transformation roadmaps to guide cloud adoption and business improvement initiatives 6. Identify, recommend, and prioritize intelligent automation, data analytics, and AI use cases to drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and revenue growth 7. Support the implementation of cloud-based business process improvements, ensuring robust documentation and delivery of measurable outcomes 8. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators to assess and communicate the impact of transformation initiatives on productivity, cost, and customer experience Required Skills: 1. Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting for cloud platform automation 2. Expertise in cloud platform consulting and solution design (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) 3. Experience with business process analysis and documentation methodologies 4. Knowledge of process optimization techniques within enterprise environments 5. Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools and technologies 6. Practical understanding of AI and data analytics concepts relevant to business transformation 7. Proficiency in creating process maps, As-Is/To-Be assessments, and transformation roadmaps 8. Experience with cloud-based business applications and integration Preferred Skills: 1. Experience with process mining and predictive analytics tools 2. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies 3. Exposure to robotic process automation (RPA) technologies 4. Understanding of industry-specific systems such as hospitality POS or loyalty platforms 5. Experience developing business cases and ROI frameworks for transformation initiatives Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a closely related discipline 2. Relevant certification in cloud technologies such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Certified Solutions Architect 3. Certification in business process management or transformation, such as Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Practitioner
