The Senior Technical Writer develops and maintains comprehensive, user-friendly documentation for the unified AMS/FIPE solution. This position creates documentation tailored for users with varying technical knowledge levels, ensuring operators can effectively utilize system capabilities. The writer works closely with development teams, SMEs, and users to produce accurate, accessible documentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 10 years of technical writing experience • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, or related field (or equivalent) • Experience documenting complex software systems • Proficiency with documentation tools (Confluence, Markdown, etc.) • Strong understanding of software development processes • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Experience writing documentation in classified environments • Knowledge of style guides and documentation standards • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly • Must be U.S. citizen Salary & Benefits The salary associated with this position ($99,000-$206,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
