Job Description:
The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and driving the growth of Diamond , Shenandoah , and other MasterBrand cabinet lines within Lowe’s home improvement stores. This role focuses on increasing market share by cultivating relationships with in-store designers, providing expert product and sales training, and offering support for computer design programs. We welcome candidates who bring strong potential and are willing to learn; comprehensive training on our products, business model, and tools will be provided. The territory for this position is in the greater West Virginia area.
Responsibilities:
- Grow & maintain MasterBrand sales for Lowe’s home improvement stores in the designated territory.
- Train and become mentors for new Lowe’s in-store designers.
- Build relationships and generate sales from existing in-store designers.
- Assist designers in closing store sales.
- Manage sales visits to each store in the territory every 2-3 weeks. This requires the ability to travel frequently with some possible overnights to cover the entire territory.
- Facilitate issue resolution for unsatisfied customers.
- Receive product in new stores and existing stores – ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Other duties may be assigned at management’s discretion.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s-level degree in Business Marketing Design or a related field is highly preferred.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and an enthusiasm and drive for sales.
- Strong written verbal and presentation skills
- Kitchen design experience is a plus
- 20/20 software experience preferred but not required
- Experience with large home centers preferred but not required
- Cabinet industry knowledge preferred but not required
