For more details, please visit : www.piramalpharmasolutions.com Job Title Technician - E&M Job Description Mr. Balaiah bearing employee code : 200913 has retire from his roles. • Performing equipment preventive maintenance as per schedule. • Co-ordinate with E&M Executive/officers in shift to solve any maintenance problems. • Documentation of work orders as prescribed. • Follow the department SOP's and Quality system. • Pump mechanical seal servicing and assembling work carried out. • Ensure safe working conditions and clean environmental practices. • Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness. • Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately. • Impart SHE training to operators, helpers and contract workers. • Follow work permit system and PPE. • Responsible for following Environmental guidelines, EHS guidelines • Report any incident/accident/near miss/illness to the superiors. • Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors. • Responsible for Up-keep for facility.
