ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage AI infrastructure team building agent orchestration and agent development systems for autonomous applications. You will help shape the core platform through hands-on engineering, architecture decisions, and technical mentorship.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and build scalable infrastructure for agent orchestration and execution.
- Develop frameworks and tools that help teams create, test, and deploy autonomous agents.
- Partner with product and research teams to turn requirements into reliable technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers and establish sound engineering practices across the codebase.
- Contribute to technical strategy and long-term platform direction.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 8 years of professional software engineering or related technical experience.
- Hands-on experience building or working with agentic infrastructure, agent frameworks, agent systems, or related distributed systems.
- Experience building production systems in a startup environment, such as as a founder, CTO, founding engineer, or early engineering hire.
- A broad, generalist technical background across multiple domains, with strong systems design skills and an ability to build for scale and reliability.
- Proficiency with modern programming languages and cloud infrastructure, plus experience building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platforms.
- Comfort working across the stack, from low-level infrastructure to high-level abstractions.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $150,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site in San Francisco, United States.
