Job Description
The Brand Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of commercial plans to drive Mondelēz’s seasonal portfolio. You will partner cross-functionally across Sales, Insights & Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D teams to drive consumer demand, retail execution, and commercial performance.
This is a high-impact role ideal for a marketer who thrives in fast paced, commercially driven settings and has proven success translating consumer insights into profitable business results, leading through complexity, and stakeholder management.
What You’ll Do Brand & Business Leadership
- Own and execute annual marketing plans for assigned seasonal businesses
- Drive revenue, share, and profit growth across key seasonal selling windows
- Lead business performance analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor consumer trends, competitive activity, and seasonal category dynamics

- Lead seasonal innovation projects from concept through commercialization
- Partner with R&D and Supply Chain on product design, packaging, and timelines
- Manage commercialization gates, artwork approvals, and launch readiness
• Build compelling selling materials for retailers

- Work closely with Sales to support customer presentations and line reviews
- Partner with Demand Planning and Operations to manage seasonal forecasting
- Present strategies and performance updates to senior leadership

Qualifications
- 4–7 years of brand management or CPG marketing experience
