Job Description Overview To obtain the most suitable Sika admixture approved with Sika customers, such as ready-mix concrete producers, contractors, precast producers etc. In case, standard admixtures do not meet the customer requirements, suggest suitable modifications in the concrete mix design or as a last option do modifications in the admixture formulation to meet the concrete requirements. Duties and Responsibilities
- Product approval of new & existing customers leading to sales growth
- Understand and align product development as per customer requirement
- Mix designs as per customer requirements.
- Conduct Laboratory testing relating to Concrete, Aggregates, and Cement.
- Record, analyse, certify and prepare summaries of findings and maintain records of the results.
- Troubleshoot to determine reasons for problems of complaints.
- Provide technical support to customers /contractors on site.
- Engage into Product demonstration & testing
- Provide support to Sales team to conduct trials at site.
- Stay abreast of market trends as well as changes in market and competitive landscape and initiate necessary actions
