Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Elk River, MN area. What You'll Do
- Complete occupational therapy evaluations
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Minnesota OT License
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
