A Driver is responsible for transporting clients from their pickup point to their destination in a timely and safe manner. Using a vehicle to successfully transport people, performing pre-trip inspections, performing child checks post-route, and keeping their vehicle within DOT regulations are the most important tasks of the driver.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Charter and Activity specialist, your day-to-day changes constantly. You aren't just a driver; you are an essential part of the community's biggest events.
- Event Transportation: Safely transport passengers to field trips and sporting events.
- Route Autonomy: Use navigation apps to research and plan the best routes based on traffic and weather.
- Vehicle Care: Perform pre/post-trip inspections and ensure your bus is fueled and ready for the next adventure.
- Passenger Engagement: Provide professional, top-tier customer service to students, coaches, and clients.
Qualifications (The "Must-Haves")
- Age: 21+ with a valid driver’s license for 3+ consecutive years.
- License: CDL B with S & P endorsements (or the willingness to let us train you!).
- Background: Clean driving record (no suspensions) and ability to pass a background check/drug screen.
- Mindset: Must be comfortable with a variable schedule and last-minute changes—flexibility is the heart of this role.
