What you get to do as a Part-Time Tram Spieler:
Working on the Guest Arrival Team, you’ll help deliver great guest experiences from the get-go. You’ll assist with transporting guests to and from parking lots and tram stops. Get ready to help us make a great first impression when guests arrive! You will:
- Follow proper procedures while loading and unloading trams and delivering spiels
- Follow proper procedures while controlling crowds at loading and unloading
- Direct traffic on roadways to park and exit Busch Gardens property
- Assist guests with vehicular problems and give directions upon request
- Follow safety procedures
- Assist in upholding company standards of maintaining company equipment
- Operate with guest service in mind at all times
- Assist with traffic control and parking as necessary
What it takes to succeed:
- At least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively, including speaking on a microphone
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Be exposed to fumes, dust, and/or odor
- Be exposed to loud noises
- Be exposed to motion
- Be exposed to vibrations
Compensati on: 12.77 USD Hourly
