As a part of our Field Marketing team, you’ll meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, start conversations, and help schedule free in-home consultations. This is an entry-level sales role where you’re not expected to close deals. Your job is to create interest and make a great first impression.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
No previous sales or canvassing experience required. We’re looking for people who are ready to learn, work hard, and connect with others.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Are comfortable talking with new people and starting conversations
- Have strong communication and customer service skills
- Are positive, energetic, and goal-oriented
- Are reliable, coachable, and comfortable receiving feedback
- Enjoy working in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment

- Are comfortable working outdoors and walking throughout neighborhoods
- Can stand, walk, bend, and remain active for extended periods during the workday
EXPERIENCE THAT CAN HELP YOU SUCCEED
Experience is not required, but backgrounds in these areas can translate well to this role:
- Retail sales or customer service
- Restaurants, serving, or bartending
- Hospitality
- Brand ambassador or promotional work
- Appointment setting or lead generation
- Canvassing or door-to-door sales
- Inside or outside sales
- Athletics or other competitive team environments
- Other customer-facing roles
