Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping All Rounder to join our team on a casual basis. This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in maintaining the high standards of presentation across our guest rooms, public areas and laundry operations. You will enjoy variety in your day and the opportunity to gain valuable experience within a luxury hotel environment. A minimum 6-month commitment is required for this role, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to build their hospitality experience and be part of a supportive, professional team. If you take pride in your work, have a strong eye for detail and enjoy creating welcoming spaces for guests, we would love to hear from you. What you’ll be doing:
- Servicing guest rooms and suites to ensure they are clean, comfortable and presented to Pullman standards.
- Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of public areas throughout the hotel.
- Supporting laundry operations including sorting, washing, folding and distributing linen.
- Restocking guest amenities, linen and housekeeping supplies.
- Reporting maintenance issues, lost property and any guest-related concerns with care and professionalism.
- Working collaboratively with the Housekeeping team and wider hotel departments to support smooth daily operations.

- Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster, including mornings, weekends and public holidays.
