- Provide comprehensive technical support for new hires during onboarding.
- Focus primarily on MacBook devices, with additional support for Windows environments.
- Ensure a seamless setup process and resolve hardware/software issues during onboarding.
- Configure and set up devices for new hires (MacBook and Windows).
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware and software during enrollment.
- Deliver white-glove service and maintain a high standard of client support.
- Collaborate with on-site technical teams to stay updated on current standards.
- Keep clients informed about support processes and expectations.
- Strong expertise in macOS and familiarity with Windows systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams and maintain client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset.

Mandatory Skills: Desktop Support . Experience: 3-5 Years . The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
