Job Description We are hiring an Apartment Resident Relations Manager to join our team at Village at Baldwin Park in Orlando, FL. Our Resident Relations Managers play an important role in creating exceptional experiences and building strong relationships within our communities. • Expected hourly rate of $23-$27 per hour . You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

- Build strong relationships with residents and deliver exceptional customer service throughout their experience with AIR
- Serve as a key point of contact for resident questions, concerns, and community needs
- Listen to resident concerns, identify solutions, and follow through to help create positive outcomes
- Partner with onsite teams to coordinate resident requests and support day-to-day community operations
- Communicate community updates and important information clearly and professionally
- Support resident retention by creating positive experiences and identifying opportunities to strengthen resident satisfaction
- Assist with community events and initiatives that promote resident engagement
- Maintain accurate resident information and communications using community management systems
- Adhere to Fair Housing laws, regulations, and AIR policies

- 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, such as property management, hospitality, retail, food service , or a related industry
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills with the ability to address resident needs professionally and effectively
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and follow through on commitments
- Comfortable using technology and learning systems used to manage resident information and communications
- Flexible schedule with availability to work during community office hours, including weekends as needed based on community and seasonal needs
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
