Quest Defense Systems and Solutions is actively hiring Mechanical Engineering to lead hardware design, development and production of critical defense systems.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, mechanical hardware design experience, system integration skills, and a strong background in program execution and production support.
Location: Onsite Tucson, AZ. Relocation assistance is available
Citizenship: Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required.
Clearance: Active DoD Security Clearance
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Proven experience with concept definition through detailed design, transition to production, and production support.
- Hands-on expertise with 3D CAD design tools and related product data management tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in design, fabrication, and integration of electronic assemblies, shelter assemblies, power distribution equipment packaging
- Demonstrated team player, a self-driven leader with excellent collaboration skills, interpersonal skills, and positive interactions in a teaming environment
- Prior leadership of small to mid-sized technical teams

Full compensation package is based on candidate experience and certifications
Pay Ranges $105,000 — $116,000 USD
