Job Description Key missions of the position:
• Ensure efficient store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of materials to support production schedules. • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock visibility for internal stakeholders. • Ensure proper material handling, storage practices, and compliance with standards (5S/TPM/TQM) . Measurement Q (Quality):
• Inventory accuracy and record maintenance

• Manage component store including receiving, safekeeping, accounting, and issuing materials .

- Ensure materials are available to meet monthly production schedules
• Maintain accurate inventory records and provide timely inventory status to users.

- Conduct perpetual inventory and annual stock verification , including reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels and provide alerts to SCM for necessary actions.
• Ensure proper storage practices to avoid damage or deterioration of materials .

- Maintain shelf-life items as per defined work instructions.
- Identify and manage rejected materials (return/storage/disposal)
• Update all store transactions in ERP systems (Oracle) on real-time basis.

• Dispatch materials to subcontractors after proper verification of documents and materials .

- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, and other departments for store-related activities.

- Assist Store Manager in overall store operations.
- Handle any additional responsibilities assigned from time to time.
- Required Candidate Profile
Education/Training
• B.Com / B.A / Diploma in Supply Chain Management
- B.Com / B.A / Diploma in Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 6 years of experience in stores / warehouse operations Key Competences (Transversal/Professional) Competency Level Material Handling, Storage & Line Feeding: 4 Inventory & Warehouse Control: 3 Supply Chain & Operations Management 3 Digital & Systems Capability 2 People / Stakeholder Management 2 Presentation & Communication Skills 2
Languages
