Job Description Are you an experienced and passionate Certified Hand Therapist ready to take your career to the next level? Join the dynamic team at Momentum Physical Therapy, a fast-growing leader in San Antonio's healthcare community. We're looking for an innovative and collaborative clinician to help us expand our hand therapy department.
- Evaluate and treat patients with hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based occupational and hand therapy techniques.
- Provide patient education to improve outcomes and encourage long-term recovery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture.
Qualifications
- Current Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification or actively working toward certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of hand therapy experience in an outpatient or orthopedic setting.
- Current CPR/BLS Certification .
- Strong clinical skills in hand therapy , manual therapy , and upper extremity rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for patient-centered care and collaboration.
- Commitment to continued learning and professional growth.
