- Pay: $22 to $30 per flat rate hour, based on experience
- Schedule: Full time
- Department Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm; Saturday 8am to 4pm

Who We're Looking For:
- Class B or C level technicians with 3+ years of experience in a dealership or private shop
- Up-to-date ASE and manufacturer certifications
- Familiarity using scan tools and service information systems
- Skill in performing brake, suspension, and steering repairs
- Proficient in engine maintenance and basic electrical diagnostics
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
What You'll Do:
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose cause of malfunction and complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
- Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures
- Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools
Total Rewards The flat rate range for this position is $25.00 to $35.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
